About This Role

Drive growth in our East Coast market by identifying and winning new project cargo clients. You'll develop relationships with manufacturers, EPC contractors, and industrial companies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and present customized logistics solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery
  • Attend industry events and trade shows

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in logistics or freight
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong network in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
