About This Role
Drive growth in our East Coast market by identifying and winning new project cargo clients. You'll develop relationships with manufacturers, EPC contractors, and industrial companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and present customized logistics solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery
- Attend industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in logistics or freight
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong network in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel 30-40%
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
