What we do, exactly
Five steps, from the yard gate to the destination port. One coordinator handles all of them for you.

Pick up the machine
From the auction yard, dealer or plant, on a truck and trailer sized to it, with oversize permits where the load needs them.
- 02
Choose the method
Container, flat rack, RoRo or breakbulk, checked against the machine's dimensions and weight and the carrier's published limits.
- 03
File the export
The Electronic Export Information in AES, the title of a used vehicle 72 hours before loading, and a check against U.S. export controls.
- 04
Book the sailing
On a named carrier service, with the documents the destination asks for: bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and, where required, a certificate of origin or an inspection certificate.
- 05
Follow it to arrival
We report each step, from the gate-in at the U.S. port to the vessel's arrival, and hand over to the buyer's customs broker at destination.
Operating principles
Every rule has a source
Each import rule, duty rate and export control we publish links to the official text it comes from and shows the date it was last checked. Where we have no official source, we leave the rule out rather than guess.
