Most delays come from a missing measurement or an unclear pickup point. Have these details to hand and we can price the right method without going back and forth.

What to have ready

  • Size and weight. Length, width, height and weight of each unit, or the make, model and year so we can look them up. Mention buckets, attachments or tracks that change the footprint.

  • Where it is now. The pickup address, or the auction company, yard and lot number. Say whether there is a loading dock or a forklift on site.

  • Where it is going. The destination port or, for door delivery, the full address. If you are not sure which port suits you, give the city and we will suggest one.

  • Condition. Whether each unit starts, drives and steers. A non-running unit often cannot roll onto a RoRo vessel and may need a flat rack or breakbulk, which changes the price.

  • Paperwork and timing. The bill of sale or title, the date the cargo is ready to move and any deadline at destination.

What happens after you send it

  1. We check the details. A coordinator reviews your request and contacts you if a measurement or document is missing.

  2. You get the options. We price the methods that fit your cargo, from the cheapest that works upwards, so you can compare RoRo, container, flat rack and breakbulk side by side.

  3. You confirm and book. Once you accept, we reserve vessel space, arrange pickup and send the booking confirmation with the cut-off dates.

  4. We keep you posted. You hear from us at each milestone until the cargo is released at destination.
