Champion Motor Graders: How We Load Them in Containers
We have dismantled and loaded 6 Champion models of motor graders for export. Here is the box plan for each one, the parts that come off, and drawings of how the boxes are loaded.
Typical loading plans
Most Champion motor graders go one of these ways. Pick the plan that matches your machine to start a quote with it filled in.
Every Champion model of motor graders in our records
| Model | Boxes | Dismantling |
|---|---|---|
| Champion 500B | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Drive shaft disconnected |
| Champion 600B | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |
| Champion 710 | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |
| Champion 715 | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |
| Champion 730 | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |
| Champion 780A | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Drive shaft disconnected |
Plans come from our dismantling and loading records. A different year, arm, bucket or option list can change the boxes, so we confirm the plan with photos or a survey before booking. When a machine does not fit a container, we ship it on a flat rack, by RoRo or as breakbulk.
