Open Top Containers for Top-Loading Cargo

Open top containers feature a removable tarpaulin roof instead of a solid top, allowing oversized cargo to be loaded from above using cranes.

Overview

Open top containers are modified standard containers with a convertible top covered by a removable tarpaulin and bows. This design allows cargo to be loaded from above using cranes, making them ideal for heavy machinery, tall equipment, and items that cannot be loaded through standard container doors. The tarpaulin can be removed entirely for loading, then secured for weather protection during transit.
