Komatsu Motor Graders: How We Load Them in Containers
We have dismantled and loaded 6 Komatsu models of motor graders for export. Here is the box plan for each one, the parts that come off, and drawings of how the boxes are loaded.
Typical loading plans
Most Komatsu motor graders go one of these ways. Pick the plan that matches your machine to start a quote with it filled in.
Every Komatsu model of motor graders in our records
| Model | Boxes | Dismantling |
|---|---|---|
| Komatsu GD530 | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |
| Komatsu GD530A | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |
| Komatsu GD650A | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Drive shaft disconnected |
| Komatsu GD655-3C | 1 × 40 ft high cube | Standard preparation |

Plans come from our dismantling and loading records. A different year, arm, bucket or option list can change the boxes, so we confirm the plan with photos or a survey before booking. When a machine does not fit a container, we ship it on a flat rack, by RoRo or as breakbulk.
