Twelve fabricated modules needed transport from a Houston fabrication yard to an FPSO installation 100km offshore Nigeria. Challenges included coordinating fabrication completion schedules, weather windows for offshore operations, and interfacing with the FPSO's installation crane.

We provided end-to-end project management from fabrication yard loading through offshore delivery. A heavy-lift vessel with dual cranes transported all modules in a single voyage, minimizing offshore standby time. Detailed lift plans were developed in coordination with the FPSO operator.
